The conference fee is non-refundable. Registration is only possible via the Registration form. After registering, you will receive an email confirmation.

Persons who are employed in Polish Scientific Centres and who finance their participation in the conference entirely from public funds may benefit from VAT exemption. In order to benefit from the exemption, a paper statement must be sent immediately after payment and receipt of a VAT invoice to the following address:

The statement must confirm public funding of the participation in the conference and be signed by persons authorised to enter into commitments on behalf of the institution concerned.
